sumthink got cheap.

Screens are easy now. Every tool turns a prompt into a dashboard in a minute, and the dashboards look fine.

The hard part sits underneath. Which of the forty columns does a warehouse lead need at 6 a.m.? What happens when an approval fails halfway through? How does an inspector log a sample on a phone with gloves on? Those answers decide whether software gets used or worked around.

Figma's chief design officer put a number on it in October 2026: teams produce 17 times more code than before and ship only 1.3 times more releases. We sell the part that got scarce. Judgment, from someone who has done this before, delivered as code you can run.

sumthink by design.

You get a track. A track is one stream of work with a named expert and a backup, running in two-week packages.

  1. Start the package.

Our AI worklane in your Slack channel has already collected the requests, specs and open questions. You and your expert agree on the goal and how deep the code goes.

  2. Decide.

Research, evidence and AI exploration in week one. Your expert picks the direction and writes it down, including what was left out and why.

  3. Ship.

Week two is design in your system and code. Every package ends with a decision note, the design in your library, the code, and a quality report.

Code depth, chosen per package

  • Clickable prototype Screens linked up with realistic demo data.
  • Functional prototype Real states, validation and a mock API. Good enough to test with users.
  • Library components Components in your UI library and Storybook, delivered as a pull request.

sumthink included.

  • Two work packages per month, each one flow or topic. Change the rhythm if it suits you better.
  • Five user interviews or one moderated usability test per month, participant incentives included. No access to users? We switch to expert reviews and analysis.
  • Any code depth in any package.
  • A shared Slack channel and one call per week. Our AI worklane handles intake, specs and status, and every AI answer is labelled as one.
  • A named expert and a named backup.
  • Your design system, designed to WCAG 2.2 from the first component.
  • Month one builds your foundation: an audit and design system v1 in Figma, Figma Specs and Storybook, plus your first package.
  • All source files and code live in your accounts from day one.

sumthink you know.

Healthcare software

Ordering, inventory, practice and clinic workflows, documentation, AI assistants. Public sector

Specialist procedures, inspection workflows, citizen self-service, emergency systems. Designed to WCAG 2.2 and BITV 2.0, documented for your general contractor. Reference: ÖGDigital for public health offices in Baden-Württemberg and Bavaria.

ERP and merchandise management

Dense tables, bulk actions, exception flows, configurators, partner portals and AI copilots. We start with your most error-prone process and measure it before and after.

Triage

1.249 €, fixed

A paid look at your product in five working days. You get a short readout, verdict first, with at most three fixes to do now, plus one redesigned key screen as a clickable prototype. Fully credited if you start a track within 60 days.

Track

from 5.900 € per month

Everything in a track as listed above, on a six-month term. Monthly cancellation and a twelve-month term are also available. A twelve-month term includes the twelfth month free.

Prices net of VAT. Two parallel tracks, care plans after an intensive phase and larger teams are quoted on request. Building something new from scratch? We do that too, as a fixed-price project.

sumthink actually intelligent.

AI explores options in minutes, drafts specs, writes code and checks our work. A person decides, signs off and answers for it. Every AI answer in your channel is labelled. We don't train models on your content, and we work with demo data unless your project needs more. Before the project starts we disclose every tool we use.

sumthink to ask.

Who owns the work?
You do. Figma files, code and documents sit in your accounts from the first day, and the rights pass to you with each paid month.
How long do I commit?
Six months is the standard term. You can also pay a bit more and cancel monthly, or take twelve months with the twelfth month free.
Can I pause?
Once a year, for up to two months. The pause extends your term.
How many requests can I send?
As many as you like. They are worked through in two packages per month, one after the other.
What isn't included?
Feature implementation in your product, integrations, backend work and maintenance. For new products we offer fixed-price builds.
Is the result accessible?
Every component is designed to WCAG 2.2, and BITV 2.0 for public sector work. A full accessibility audit with a conformance statement is a separate service with a partner who is accredited for it.
What happens with our data?
We work with demo data by default. If real data is needed, we sign a data processing agreement and share the list of subprocessors first.
Which tools do you use?
Figma, Storybook, Lovable, Claude and our own quality checks. Code goes into your stack: React, Angular or Vue.
Who will I work with?
A named expert who leads your track, with a named backup. You know both before you sign.
Are the case studies sumthink projects?
They are work by our design lead, done in his roles before and alongside sumthink. Products belong to their owners; we only name our role and what is public.
